Returned for my 5 car I usually go for the same salesman but he was no longer there. I worked with Steve Victor and he was great. I never drive the car off the lot but toda I usually go for the same salesman but he was no longer there. I worked with Steve Victor and he was great. returning customer I purchased a RDX in 2016 from Steve Victor and was completely satisfied with the transaction.. Unfortunately I had an accident which totaled my car. I purchased a RDX in 2016 from Steve Victor and was completely satisfied with the transaction.. Unfortunately I had an accident which totaled my car. The only positive is I knew where to go and who to go to for help. I called Steve and told him what happened and would like the same exact car. He said they did not have any in stock but he would see what he could do. He called within an hour to say he located one and do I want to proceed with the purchase. I said yes and he said he would pick up the car the next day and have it ready by the afternoon. He knew how uncomfortable I was in driving the rental. He picked me up at my home and brought me to the dealership to get the new car. Even though it was the same car he went over everything just to make sure I understood. He introduced me to the service mangers. Also a very pleasant experience working with Michael Fazio o the financing. More

Traveled from out of State I Purchased a 2013 Acura TL AWD/Tech sight unseen based on phone discussions and assurances from Senior Rep (Steve Victor). Traveled from out of State to pick up car, and found it to be everything sales rep had promised. My trust in his honesty, integrity, and value proposition was totally verified. Steve was a pleasure to work with, and the Dealership delivered everything that was promised. Even though I live 5 hours away, I will definitely come back to this Dealer for my next car purchase.
