This service department is very sketch. I recently hand my tires rotated and inspection they do no. Oil change. It started with the nice lady in the driveway attempting to bring to several desk. When they found out it was express they said no take him to. This happen 3 times till I arrived at Steve. Steve is very condescending and rude. When he realized I was express and had spend 2500 last visit. He seems disappointed that my car didn’t Need any expensive Serviced. When I asked for a Lyft home he stated since it was free service no Lyft provided. When I came back. He acted as if he has no idea who I was told him. You called me. He then said how will you be paying! I had to say look at the paperwork. Hello. He overall was just rude and interested. I can see it’s a terrible place to work. The culture is to see how much money you can screw a customer out of. My last service they damaged my car and tried to blame on me. I only got it resolved when I complained to ca BAR. I will only bring my car there for free services since I bought my tires there for elsewhere so not service any cars here. They are shady and like I Said earlier only out to see how much money they can get you for. It’s all about the commission earned. Not about service. I typically serviced my cars at the desk exclusively. So they have lost a life time customer and they don’t give a xxxx. More

Unfortunately, I wish I had better things to say about this dealership. The best thing about it is the one Service Advisor who has been the kindest to me. It's not his fault that his technicians do poor w this dealership. The best thing about it is the one Service Advisor who has been the kindest to me. It's not his fault that his technicians do poor work. All i know is that every single time I have taken my car into this dealership, I have gotten it back in worse condition than when I brought it in. Not just once either... Every single time, and i really do hate to say this because some of their employees, Steve Wenham, work extremely hard, going up and above for every person who he comes across. But not their technicians. They like to say that they do a full 17 point inspection every time... But it's a lie. They simply glance over the car and will point out only the obvious, rather than taking the time to actually DO their job. Which is incredibly disappointing. Not to mention its destroying my only means of transportation to and from work, which i HAVE to have in order to LITERALLY survive. So that's my take on this dealership. Thats the 100% truth. Might be harsh, but at least I'm honest. More
