I have lived in Tucson going on two years now. Before that, I lived just outside of Ann Arbor, Michigan for the last thirty years. My son, daughter and son in law moved here with my lovely wife of thirty two years and my self. I love pets and the outdoors. Steve Willis to the rescue! The only reason I gave Customer Service and Friendliness both 4s is because we were not immediately approached upon arriving at the dealership, nor we The only reason I gave Customer Service and Friendliness both 4s is because we were not immediately approached upon arriving at the dealership, nor were we approached as we browsed the lot to look at the different models. It was not until another salesperson was exiting that we saw someone, and he ran in to get someone else and was a bit rude about it. The second guy said he had an appointment, and no one else seemed to be approaching us, which was a bit frustrating until Steve Willis came along. Steve was empathetic about our initial frustration, then listened to what I was looking for. When the Forester I was initially interested in (from researching the inventory website) turned out not to be in-stock, he explained that it was a special order and that most standard Foresters are specially-ordered and sell upon arrival. He offered to help me put in an order or see if he could get me a deal on the 6-speed manual Forester premium I had test-driven earlier. Because of his and the finance team's work, I ended up leaving the lot with a brand new car that was beyond my expectations--and I couldn't be happier! While the new facility is very nice, I don't think it's quite a people-friendly as the old one; however, I would recommend Steve Willis to anyone looking at a new Subaru. He (and the finance guy, whose name I can't remember) was VERY informative about each of the Subaru products, and he listened in such a way that he was able to help me see what options I had. More

A very pleasant car buying experience. I went to this dealership first, because I was specifically looking for a late model used Subaru Impreza. Steve Willis greeted me in the lot in a friendly laid back manner that didn't make me feel that I was about to be subject to any high pressured sales pitch. He made my wife and I feel very comfortable. After showing us four or five vehicles that met our criteria, he offered to let us take it for a test drive but as we were walking into the dealership to get the key ,my wife and I changed our minds. We explained to Steve that this had been the only dealership that we had visited and felt that, before we proceeded any further, we owed it to ourselves to look at what another dealership might have. Steve took, what I imagine was disappointing news, in a calm manner, not trying to pressure us to remain on the lot, and not making it an uncomfortable situation. A short time later we returned, feeling more comfortable about proceeding with a purchase. After going out for a test drive, Steve was very helpful, in helping us decide between the choices available. He brought the two vehicles that we had narrowed it down to, up to the front of the dealership so we could examine both cars side by side. After we made our choice, requested some reduction in the price of the car and this too was handled by Steve in a warm comfortable manner, with no drama. We left the dealership with our "new" car in about two hours. All the necessary paperwork was done quickly and in a very professional manner. I look forward to having an ongoing pleasant relationship with Tucson Subaru, since I know I will be using them to service my car. More

Fantastic, Friendly, Fair I really expected to only start my search at Tucson Subaru, not end there as well. They had a fantastic selection of used cars on hand, many within m I really expected to only start my search at Tucson Subaru, not end there as well. They had a fantastic selection of used cars on hand, many within my price range-- this surprised me actually. I was greeted promptly by Steve, who is very friendly. I know a fair amount about cars, and I knew exactly how much I was willing to spend. Steve asked me questions about what type of car I was looking for and what I planned to use it for. He helped me narrow down my field of potential candidates to three. He asked me if I wanted to take the first for a spin, which is nice because I always feel weird asking if I can drive it. He was pleasant during the drive, making sure to answer any questions I had while not being annoying or intrusive. The first car was nice but I really had my eye on the Honda Fit sitting in the corner. It was a little out of my price range but I figured it was a suggestion anyway :) We took it out for a spin and I was sold. Back at the dealership we did the song and dance which happens at every dealership. He wasn't pushy at all, they use the standard "well let me take it over to my boss" tactic of selling which I like because then I feel less pressure from the salesman. He was very fair when I told him my final price, and he took it to his manager. Thankfully the manager accepted the offer and we got the ball rolling. I get low blood sugar and had to run and grab some lunch and Steve even offered me his sandwich he brought from home, how nice is that?! As we were waiting for the finance people, Steve showed me some of the Subaru's in the show room (I'm a car guy), and I was impressed by his knowledge of the entire fleet they had to offer. I definitely recommend Tucson Subaru, and I whole-heartedly recommend seeing Steve Willis when you drop by. More

Tucson Subaru has an outstanding facility accompanied by a knowledgeable staff. There was no sales pressure, hidden fees or dealer add-ons to increase the dealership's bottom line. The sale rep (Steve) even assisted me in getting my new vehicle home. Thanks for such a pleasant experience. More
