Second New Forester/ Same great buying experience I had some damage to the old Forester and it was getting some high miles on the dial. I brought it in for service and while I was waiting I went on th I had some damage to the old Forester and it was getting some high miles on the dial. I brought it in for service and while I was waiting I went on the sales floor to look at the new models. Started a conversation with Steve Willis and asked him to appraise my forester, a 2010 model as a trade in. When he came back with the offer it just didn't make sense not to trade it in. Steve asked me, and listened to what I wanted and within 5 minutes had two new Foresters front and center equipped exactly as I had asked. He took over, got my offer accepted, and I did not have to deal with any other person until I applied for the financing. What a great and helpful sales representative Steve is. I would recommend that you ask for him if you plan on purchasing a new Subaru. He will give you genuine help and guidance in your purchase. NO pressure. What a great experience. This is my second new car from this dealership and I really don't see any reason to go anywhere else. Great car, great service. More

Steve Willis is the best Sales Consultant ever! I have purchased and researched a lot of vehicles over the years and have had to deal with a lot of sales people. I don't have much good to say about I have purchased and researched a lot of vehicles over the years and have had to deal with a lot of sales people. I don't have much good to say about most of them. That said, Steve Willis is one of the very best. Only one other has been as good, and he is no longer selling vehicles. So why do I recommend Steve? It's simple- Steve is a real person and he knows how to treat his customers. He got us the right car, for the right price, and was always on our side. I felt so comfortable working with him that I took a test drive with him and my youngest children (ages 1 and 5 years old) and I can honestly say it was a fun experience because of Steve. The only other person I enjoyed buying a vehicle from was mistreated by his dealership and left the business. I sincerely hope that Tucson Subaru takes good care of Mr. Willis for years to come- he's great at what he does because he knows his product and, above all else, cares for his customers. If you have any interest in a Subaru or any vehicle available on Tucson Subaru's lot, just ask for Bruce Willis, err... Steve Willis at Tucson Subaru on Oracle just south of River Road. We "vote" with our money every day, and I wholeheartedly cast my hard earned dollar to Steve. More

Steve Willis gets an assist for stepping in when Steve Norris was tied up with customers. The meeting with the Sales Manager (John Petersavage) was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had in 40 years of car shopping - he was degrading, demeaning, and attempted to retrade the agreed-to transaction. My wife and I could not believe the accusations he made regarding our integrity. Steve Norris saved the transaction and deserves massive kudos for us buying our second Subaru. More

Purchasing our new 2014 Subaru Outback @ Tucson Subaru Same Week ... no hot water ... I need hearing aids?! (ugh!) ... and beloved 2006 Nissan Pathfinder died! So the last thing I wanted to do was spar wi Same Week ... no hot water ... I need hearing aids?! (ugh!) ... and beloved 2006 Nissan Pathfinder died! So the last thing I wanted to do was spar with a car dealer over a new car! I never considered a Subaru, but I've bumped into so many people that LOVE them, it was a stop I needed to make ... especially after watching their bright and shiny new dealership go up on Oracle Rd. The first guy that approached me was Steve Willis with a name tag that said ... Ann Arbor, Michigan ... the home of my alma mater! Go Blue! What's not to like? There's more: He started saying things very "non car salesman" like. Things not usually heard in a car dealership. Blatantly honest things ... imagine that? Steve is the opposite of high pressure and he just kept at it until I had all my questions answered. I heard "I don't know" several times ... and then he'd disappear only to return shortly with the answer I wanted. I actually had fun buying a car! It turned out ... with absolutely no coordination ... that a close friend also bought a Subaru the night before I bought mine ... he said, "My sales guy ... Bob Wilson ... was great! ... you got deal with him! ... well, I wasn't about to give up on Steve, so I met Bob ... liked him ... and kept on with Steve, because he is just the type of guy I want to work with when shopping for a new car. The typical meeting with the New Car Sales Manager wasn't typical. I received one cost quote for my new Outback ... it was better than I thought it would be ... better than my friend's deal ... and that's what I paid. I enjoyed getting to know both John (the GSM) and Steve and have received calls, since my purchase, from the both of them as well as another Sales Manager I met, whose name I can't remember. All in all, a very good experience. And, I am very happy with our new Outback ... and the 0% interest for 63 months. (Tim Hanson handled our paperwork and financing and was very helpful (he helped my friend too!) More
