Great service department I wouldn’t get my 2016 FocusST serviced anywhere else. They are quick to get you checked in and your car to the service bays. Very satisfied! Made things right. Two things happened with my beautiful 2017 Dodge Challenger which I bought from Shawna Blackwell (highly recommend her!) at Ford of Port Richey-FPR. F Two things happened with my beautiful 2017 Dodge Challenger which I bought from Shawna Blackwell (highly recommend her!) at Ford of Port Richey-FPR. First of all, after about 3 months, oil was spotted on the garage floor. Turns out the oil cooling housing unit was fractured and slowly leaking. Due to warranty I couldn't go to FPR...well...*the other place* in NPR (where I was initially forced to go bc of warranty) lied to me, told me it wasn't covered under warranty, and wanted to charge me $900...!!! When I objected *they* said it was FPR fault..blamed FPR bc they sold me the car and did the most recent oil change. *They* said FPR broke the housing unit. NOT TRUE! FPR righted *the other place's* wrong even though they didn't really have to. They could've left me on my own to wrangle it out with *the other place*. Well FPR researched, and found out that fractured oil cooling housing units are a problem with Challengers, and are in fact, covered under warranty. FPR called *another place* in Lutz and got my baby all fixed up...no charge to me. I'll never forget it. FPR did me a favor. My gratitude to Juan in pre-owned, I'm very grateful. The 2nd thing is I got an oil change on my Challenger with Frank the other day and he was awesome as usual! Thanks fellas! More

My Experience I brought my car in for basic maintenance and the crew saw that my back brakes were low. They brought me into the shop and showed me. Hard to argue I brought my car in for basic maintenance and the crew saw that my back brakes were low. They brought me into the shop and showed me. Hard to argue with that. They had to stay past closing time to finish the repairs which I really appreciated. Prices seem reasonable. The place is more organized than Wesley Chapel. At least that has been my experience. I would definitely recommend them which is why I drive out of my way to get my car serviced there. More

Oil change and tire rotation. Steve was great, but it took 2.5 hrs to do the job. Had 7 am appointment with Frank Johnson but he was not working this Saturday. Told it would take an hour. Took to long. Was to pick up my grand daughter at 9 am. My daughter had to bring her to me at dealership so she could be at her job interview at 10 am. Bought truck here in 2010, has had every service here. I had called days before to set up this appointment. Very disappointing. More

Addendum to purchase review. THIS DOES NOT REFLECT SERVICE T After applying our down payment we were told we were financing 30k. I was at your dealership for over three hours before I got a trade in price or a vehicle price. Advertised price did not include a mandatory package that all vehicle come with. At your dealership. You should advertise vehicles to include your special upcharge. Truth in advertising would stop unsatisfied customers. Integrity is important. I will not by another vehicle from your dealership. I am totally disappointed in my experience I have owned 6 ford trucks in my lifetime. I am a lifelong ford owner. When it’s time to purchase a new vehicle it will be a ford but it will not be from you. This in no way reflects the sales people. This is a reflection of your GM. He is the boss and he is responsible. If you want positive reviews and positive purchases that result in return business you must change your business model. If you want bead reviews and customers who vow not to return continue on this path. You are willing do turn a fast dime over a slow nickel. Slow nickels return over and over quick dimes are what you have made me. Unsatisfied. More
