I was turned away for service. I arrived for assistance at 6:35 PM because I had very low tire pressure. My tire abruptly lost air. I was able to put air in it myself and make it I arrived for assistance at 6:35 PM because I had very low tire pressure. My tire abruptly lost air. I was able to put air in it myself and make it to Ford of Port Richey where I bought my car. Because it was 6:35 and service closed st 7, I was told they would try to help me. I was turned away after waiting 50 minutes. I was told she did not have anyone that could help me. My tire deflated again overnight. I returned to service department 9/22/18 and was told I needed new tires and was given a quote for new tires. No one would evaluate the tire for an object such as a screw. That is exactly what the problem was and found this out from going to another place for service. The tire was repaired and I was out the door. I do need new tires probably in the next few months. But, I will not buy them from Ford of Port Richey More
