We had a 8:30 am appt for tire rotation and oil change and we were out of your shop approx 10:50 am Steve is very accommodating and I told him I needed to be out by 11:00 for another appt and he made it h and we were out of your shop approx 10:50 am Steve is very accommodating and I told him I needed to be out by 11:00 for another appt and he made it happen. I am restoring my faith in NPR Ford as I have been coming there since 2013 and have had some not so great experiences with wait time in your service dept. I would prefer to keep my business here as not to switch to Springhill Ford. I bought a car from your used car dept last year. More

My advisor was and always is a pleasure to work with, however this service was awful. I had to go back to have my service light reset and they wrote down that I had to service again in less than 400 m however this service was awful. I had to go back to have my service light reset and they wrote down that I had to service again in less than 400 miles. Fortunately I had to go back for tires anyway so not a big deal. However I’ve had to put more oil into in and other fluid lights have come on and need filling. Poor job by the technician. More

Service manager did not listen to me. I brought my truck in to have a computer programmed and the computer couldn’t be programmed. The part was wrong for the truck. That was Napa’s fault I brought my truck in to have a computer programmed and the computer couldn’t be programmed. The part was wrong for the truck. That was Napa’s fault and it happened twice. After the first time they tried, the service manager did a diagnostic on the truck and confirmed that the original computer was indeed at fault then proceeded to charge me. He also said he wasn’t going to charge me for the failed attempts to program the wrong computers. The 3rd computer was preprogrammed for the vin of that truck and was successful. To my surprise I was charged 3 times even after he said he wouldn’t charge me. I was also charged for the diagnostic which was not authorized by me which confirmed what I originally told him which was the original computer was the problem. Very deceiving and unethical business practice and this dealership will never get a recommendation from me. More
