I paid you $287. 00 for you to do a complete check up on my truck. Which included some kind of update. After which the GPS did not work right. Unfortunately my vehicles AC quit working again after two weeks of working on it. I understand that things do happen that are unexplainable. I was ok with that. However, my service advisor would not call me weeks of working on it. I understand that things do happen that are unexplainable. I was ok with that. However, my service advisor would not call me back for 2 days. I finally had to speak with the service manager to get answers. When I went to pick up my vehicle I jokingly said that I thought that he might have died and that was the reason for not calling me back. Nothing was said, no apologies for not calling. I am not sure as to what happened to him. Other than that I was happy with the repairs. More
