I've been on hold for 36 minutes now waiting on someone in the service dept to answer my call. I even called on my husband's phone after 25 minutes to have Gerry the receptionist to please remind them Im o in the service dept to answer my call. My husband had his oil changed and tires rotated, and they forgot to put the center caps back on my husband's truck!!!
