It's not just the Caravan, it's the people! To begin at the beginning...I was online car shopping and I really didn't know what I wanted. It had to be bigger than an Escape and smaller than a Do To begin at the beginning...I was online car shopping and I really didn't know what I wanted. It had to be bigger than an Escape and smaller than a Dodge Ram! I went to Vernon Auto Group's website and when I saw the black Caravan and started looking at the pictures, I was hooked. The milage scared me but when I talked with Steve Ybarra, he steered me towards the right extended warranty and I immediately liked this guy. He joked, he answered all my questions and was very prompt in doing so. A very professional guy with a sense of humor - excellent! He started the ball rolling and BAM! - done. In finance, I dealt with Martin Oronia. He helped me through the paperwork and so many questions, validated the information Steve gave me about GAP insurance and again - SOLD! Very kind and knowledgeable, again - also with a great sense of humor! I spoke with Chase briefly and he was able to direct me to the right person to answer questions, Jason had to field question and Reggie drove the Caravan up and was a really nice guy to work with - straightforward and easy to understand when he explained what I was signing. I know I may have missed someone but thanks so much everyone! All of these guys made a sale that was easier by far than any I have done and made more enjoyable by great attitudes and stellar personalities. Good job guys and I am very happy I picked Vernon Auto Group - they are amazing!! I had never considered a Dodge but I love this Caravan - now to get the dog to quit roaming in it - yup, it's that big! :o) More
