I could not be more disappointed with my experience from start to finish. Steve the salesman was not only difficult to work with in the beginning, but wanted nothing to do with me during my call after the s start to finish. Steve the salesman was not only difficult to work with in the beginning, but wanted nothing to do with me during my call after the sale. Neither he or Ralph would assist me in the purchase of a replacement for the truck I bought which quickly broke down. Steve, along with David and Miguel high pressured me by telling me I couldn't use the preapproval I had at the same bank they use. The interest rate they got me is 1.5% higher than the loan I got for the next truck I bought after the one they sold me broke down in less than 300 miles. Ashley seemed to care at first but in the end stayed true to Vernon's business model and disappeared before actually helping me. Finally after repeatedly emailing and leaving messages for Ralph, I bought another truck through my local dealership. I am thoroughly disappointed with the customer service provided by everyone involved in the transaction besides the delivery driver. Trevor Thiel More
