Amazing Service!!! I bought a used Audi from the dealership "as is". I drove it for a day and parked it in the garage for the night. The next morning there were fluids I bought a used Audi from the dealership "as is". I drove it for a day and parked it in the garage for the night. The next morning there were fluids running into the driveway and all over the garage floor. I called the dealership expecting to be told I bought the car "as is", which I did, and got a great price. Instead, my salesman Rodney told me not to worry that he would find a solution and call me back. The Vernon Auto team sent a truck to my house to pick up the car so we wouldn't have to start it and possibly cause more damage. I followed them to the dealership where they already had a lift ready for the car and three mechanics worked to figure out the problem. I turned out to be a simple heater hose fix and I drove the car home that day. They had no idea it was a simple fix or whether it could have been a major problem but they immediately, without hesitation, picked it up and fixed it. I knew they had a reputation for great customer service on new vehicles, but I am amazed at their level of care in purchasing a used vehicle. More

Incredible Customer Service I was looking to purchase a vehicle for my daughter and found a vehicle at Vernon Auto Group (Steve Ybarra). I was going to purchase it with proceeds I was looking to purchase a vehicle for my daughter and found a vehicle at Vernon Auto Group (Steve Ybarra). I was going to purchase it with proceeds from the sale of my house. The house deal did not go through, so I was not able to get the vehicle. A few days later the house was under contract again so I contacted Steve Ybarra and told him I needed a vehicle (the first one had sold at this point). He set me up with Sheridyn McNair and she found me another great vehicle. The entire process could not have been easier. No high pressure sales tactics here, its like buying a car from your neighbor. The vehicle selection is great (new or used). My daughter loves her vehicle, and I feel like I got a very fair deal. Now I'm planning on upgrading my own vehicle within the next year! More
