The only problem I have with the dealership as a whole is the fact that the vehicles do not have prices on them. I could see how it could be problematic for other customers. Also the inventory is so crowded I understand that when business is up the lot is going to be more crowded. Perhaps purchasing a additional lot somewhere close would fix the issue. When people come to visit and are just looking to browse and not purchase that day, it is very nerve racking to have to drive in such a confined space. The salesman was very eager to help us though and really helped us find exactly what we were looking for which made the experience much easier. I would recommend anyone who goes to Vernon Auto Group ask for Steve. More

Great car buying experience PurchasIng my Ford F-250 at Vernon Auto Group was one of the best vehicle buying experiences I've had. After finding the best price advertised on the PurchasIng my Ford F-250 at Vernon Auto Group was one of the best vehicle buying experiences I've had. After finding the best price advertised on the internet within a 400 mile radius of Arlington Texas for the exact truck that meets my needs, I contacted Vernon to verify the price and condition of the truck before I drove 160 miles each way (320 miles round trip). I wanted to verify the best I could that it wouldn't be a huge waste of my time. Steve Ybarra provided the information I requested and emailed an estimated drive off the lot price. To my surprise the final cost was less than the quote and the truck was in the condition stated in the advertising. I had enough left in my budget to buy the extended warranty and ensure I will only pay normal maintenance costs through 91,000 miles on the truck. It was worth the drive to save around $10,000 versus DFW Metroplex prices. I'm glad I risked putting up a deposit to hold the truck over the phone so that no one else could get my truck at the sale price. I didn't know them before, but I will remember them for the next time. More
