Great experience from start to finish! When test driving the vehicle, some mechanical issues arose. Steve and the rest of the staff were extremely efficient and concerned with the problem. In just a little over an hour, we knew exactly what was wrong and were assured they would make the repairs. Turns out the issue is common to Ford F150s, so much so that Ford has a bulletin for the repair. The repairs couldn't be made until the next day, and Vernon is a two hour drive for us. Without hesitation the manager (I unfortunately didn't get his name) told us they would send a driver to deliver the vehicle and pick up our trade-in. The driver was very courteous and professional. The pickup was listed at an extremely fair value, and we got an amazing price for our trade-in. We will more than likely be trading cars within a year and will be looking exclusively at this dealership! More

They are affiliated with a large dealership that sells major brands like Ford. They should probably advertise/explain that more, as I was comforted when I saw the familiar brands and dealership style that one sees on "automobile row" across the USA. Thus, they're not some "small-time used car lot" that one typically associates with sharp-practices/chicanery. I dealt with Steve Ybarra. Steve was forthright and professional and the car was as described. They gave me a fair price on my trade-in, and I completed my deal in less than 90 minutes. Although there was no budging on price in negotiations, the price offered appeared to be a few thousand dollars below market so not haggling was okay. They were open to me getting the car inspected prior to purchase. I paid cash so there were even less hoops to jump through. I would buy a car from them again. More
