Gave me a trade in value form to complete, sent me details on the truck I wanted, and didn't bother me with repetitive calls when I told him I would call him back, which Is a deal breaker for me. He was aware of my decision making style and was there to help along the way. They brought the truck to me for a fair price and I bought this truck and traded in mine without leaving my property. That's a "wow experience" in my opinion. Don't waste gas driving all over and looking at trucks. Just call him and let him do the work for you. I'll be buying another vehicle from them soon, and remember I'm 2 hours away. More

Great place to buy an automobile Researched vehicles online and left inquiries at 3 different dealerships. Vernon Auto group was the only one who contacted me and I had an email early the next morning. First pickup I was interested in sold and the second one was handled by Steve Ybarra. He took my trade in info over the phone and came back quickly with an offer, we made a verbal deal over the phone and put some hold money down with a cc till I could get to Vernon to close the deal. There was an issue with how my trade in was put in but the store manager, Dan, said there would be no doubt they they would honor the offer I was given. That is rare these days especially with over the phone/sight unseen deals. I would recommend Vernon Auto Group, Steve Ybarra and the entire team. Easiest deal I have ever done and a great pickup. Kaye handled all the paperwork with ease, in and out quickly. If your in the market for a really nice F-150 XLT the one I traded in is flawless, only reason I traded is because it was too small to handle the RV trailer I purchased. Steve made me a great deal on a Chevy 2500 HD Duramax 4x4. I am a happy satisfied customer and I will be back when I'm in the market again. Thanks to you all! More
