I grew up in Newberg. Was active in the community with Boy Scouts and am proud to say I'm an Eagle Scout. I've always loved to go out camping with my Fiance and our Australian Shepard. I got into sales during my time I worked at Fry's Electronics before coming to work at Wilsonville Toyota in 2013. I have a customer first approach and want to provide the easiest, best experience possible. I cannot say enough about Steven Bailey. I was really nervous about meeting up with a sales Rep. My last car had a frozen engine and so I had no choice, but to buy another car I needed someb I was really nervous about meeting up with a sales Rep. My last car had a frozen engine and so I had no choice, but to buy another car I needed somebody who really understands the cars that are on their lot and would go the extra mile to help me pick the right one. I also cannot stand high-pressure sales so I wanted a sales rep that would educate me rather than pressure me. Steven was amazing right off the bat. He is the most relaxed, yet knowledgeable and informative sales person I’ve met. He took two rides with me in the car so that I could do a back road and the highway. He also went over all the buttons in the car since I don’t like, figuring that out on my own. He worked out a fair trade-in for my car that had a seized engine. And when I tell you that he went over the buttons in my car, I mean, he literally helped me understand all the important things so that I wouldn’t have to figure it out while I’m driving, which could be dangerous. I knew more about that car driving off the lot than I have at any other time that I shopped for a car. He was extremely fair and a really nice trustworthy guy. His honesty and integrity really impressed me. I cannot recommend him enough. When I buy another car, I will definitely go see him again and refer my friends to him as well. I really like my car and I’m so grateful that it also has low mileage for a used car. Thanks again Steven for all of your help. More

I went into the dealership looking for a new Tacoma. I had a vague idea on what I wanted. Steven was helpful in showing me what I was looking for and explaining what wasn't unreasonable. "No Bull" Falls Flat – Gold CPO Letdown at Wilsonville Toyota. We traded in our old car and paid cash in full for a Gold Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, expecting a smooth, transparent, and premium experi Toyota. We traded in our old car and paid cash in full for a Gold Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, expecting a smooth, transparent, and premium experience—especially with the "No Bull" branding plastered everywhere. Instead, we got 4+ hours of waiting, pressure tactics, and a car that clearly skipped key parts of the 160-point Gold CPO inspection. What Went Wrong: Endless Wait: Over 4 hours in the dealership just to complete paperwork and drive off. No communication, no timeline—just silence. High-Pressure Close: After agreeing on price and trading in our vehicle, we asked to return the next morning to sign (we live nearby). The sales team refused, claiming the deal would fall through if we didn’t close that night. Felt coercive, not customer-friendly. Gold CPO Standards Not Met: For the premium we paid, basic inspection items were blatantly ignored: - Cabin air filter was caked in black grime - Engine oil overfilled by nearly a quart - Exterior "detailing" left swirl marks, and very poor cleanliness Upsell Overload: We firmly declined ~$6,000 in extended warranties and service packages, yet they pushed hard—multiple rounds, guilt tactics, and delays. Respect our "no" the first time. The (Very Few) Positives: Trade-in process was straightforward. Initial salesperson was polite (before the hard sell kicked in). Bottom Line: "No Bull"? More like "Some Bull". We paid a Gold CPO premium expecting excellence, not shortcuts and strong-arming. If you go here, inspect every inch yourself, stand firm on add-ons, and don’t expect flexibility on timing. Disappointing experience. We respected their "No Bull" policies and didn't even low ball or ask for discount or price drop. Would not return or recommend. Doubt the service team will even make a good job on maintenance when the 160-points Gold CPO inspection on simple and common item failed More
