She hurried us over there about supper time - it was already dark and very cold. After walking the dog, I met my wife and Steven outside in the large sales lot. My wife was interested in mainly buying a 2014 Cambry but they were all gone. So Steven showed us a couple of 2015 Cambry and an Avalon. We went back inside and my wife with Steven's help decided on the silver Cambry LE that I believe I had sat in. Steven was very patient and showed us the main differences between lease and purchase. We decided to lease. Steven and the manager stayed extra late to help finish the leasing and go over the special points in the new Cambry. We even did a short test drive around the lot so we could get the feel of the vehicle. We finally finished about 10:00 PM after Steven went over again the main features of the car so my wife would feel comfortable driving it home. Super service from the staff from the employee that cleaned the vehicle, Steven, and the manager. It was a very pleasureable experience. No bull! More

BIGGEST BONUS: NO BULL & NO TIME WASTED. I walked in on 8/31 at 1:30 pm and said I had to be somewhere by 4:00. I testdrove, did the paper work, car was detailed and I drove off the lot in my brand new car by 3:30. YAY! The service departement is great too. I had my daughter's car detailed & serviced before she drove it back to college in Wyoming and Lucas, Jordan & gang (blue team!) were great! Free loaner for the day too. Outstanding Service!!!!!! I did my research and picked out the car that I wanted and went to my local dealer.............Then the runaround started. Then I remembered the Wilsonville Toyota's NO BULL ad, skeptical as I am I called anyway and Steven Bailey answered all my questions with no pressure. As if that was not good enough he worked all the figures upfront in writing (E-Mail) and did all the paper work over the Net. The greatest part is when he delivered it to my door came in my house on my time and thoroughly walked me thru all the paper work and the walk-thru on my new Prius V. I never had to step into the showroom and spend hours negotiating or the back and forth with the finance manager. I will be leasing another car for business soon and Steven Bailey is my 1st choice. They really listened to what I wanted and were very helpful in showing me my options regarding the choice of vehicles as well as financing. It was great working with Michael Heatherly he was knowledgeable and courteous I never felt any pressure throughout the process. Dave Jachter has done a wonderful job creating a buying process whereby you are able to work with one person all the way through the sale without be shuffled from one person to another. Steven was knowledgable and thorough and I was surprised when I found out that hed only been part of the Wilsonville Toyota team for 7 months. I came in because I didn't want to spend 6-7 hours haggling over price, interest rate, etc., only to end up with the deal I requested initially. I am fiscally responsible and had done a lot of research and the "no Bull" price was exceptional on this vehicle! I had no intention of haggling, however I was requesting a 6% interest rate to match what my credit union was offering. I also wanted 48 months, and a specific --yet fair-- amount on my trade in based on KBB. He took the info down, and the fact that he was "my person" and I didn't have to talk to multiple people or get the "I need to have this approved by our finance manager" was a bonus! I was referred to you by a friend of a friend, plus I have NEVER heard anything negative about the dealership and the BBB has nothing but great comments plus the dealership has won so many awards. I find the gentleman on the commercials with Mike Barrett very genuine and that also gave me peace of mind. Repeat customers speak volumes. Steven explained the warrranty options (I went with 36/30K) in detail that I could understand, the maintenance plan option, the sealants --which I ended up purchasing as this is a vehicle for my college age daughter who eats & drinks in the car and always manages to spill! I was impressed with the cloth in the coffee demonstration! Anyway, Steven is an asset to your team and biggest bonus---I have never bough a car and been driving out of the lot in just a little over 2 hours!!! Thanks Steven!! I'll be back!! And I'll refer!! When Steven found out he was no longer there, he began to help us find the vehicle we were looking to purchase. We found that the vehicle we saw on the website was in transit, but Steven showed us similar vehicles so we could get an idea of what this one would be like. When he found out that my wife really wanted a different color, he found the vehicle she wanted at another dealership and had it sent to Wilsonville so we could purchase it. When we arrived to pick it up, Steven was very helpful, showing my wife all the features of the car and ensuring she would have an enjoyable first ride in her new car. Thank you Steven. More
