There were several Visits involved with my purchase. Bryan and the staff there gave me trade in estimates; wrote down pricing & option packages for the Cross trek that I wanted; and was willing to search other dealerships for my color. I've even been back for a service visit to add one of my options and the people I had met remembered me - took the time to say hi - and to ask if I was enjoying my car. More
