I am filing this review regarding the financing process on a Honda True Certified vehicle purchased from McLarty Honda. Before signing, I specifically asked whether any special financing offers were availa on a Honda True Certified vehicle purchased from McLarty Honda. Before signing, I specifically asked whether any special financing offers were available for certified vehicles and was told they were not aware of any at that time. Within 24 hours of purchase, I learned that promotional financing for certified vehicles was in fact available during that period and that, given my 839 credit score, I likely qualified for significantly better terms than the 7.8% loan provided. This information would have materially affected my decision. I contacted the dealership promptly seeking clarification and a reasonable resolution, but my concerns have not been meaningfully addressed. Because financing terms can dramatically impact the total cost of a vehicle, customers depend on dealerships to verify and accurately communicate manufacturer programs before contracts are signed. I respectfully request that dealership leadership and Honda corporate review this situation and work toward a fair resolution. More
