Very disappointed. My car was at this service center for over 3 weeks. Two of those weeks it was waiting for a battery to arrive. It is amazing that a Genesis designated service center cannot get parts or have parts on hand. When the appointment was made, the service staff was made aware that a battery would be needed. I wa not informed at that time that batteries took 2 weeks to arrive. During the three stent I had to keep asking for updates instead of being kept informed. I have to bring my Genesis to this dealership because the Genesis dealership in my town was closed. I find this dealership very hard to work with. More
