Called a week ahead to schedule oil change, tire rotation
and brakes. After an hour and a half in the waiting room the service rep came out to tell be that I do need brakes but they would have to run somewhe

What kind of GMC dealership doesn’t have brake pads and rotors for a 2018 Sierra? I’ll get my brakes and future service done elsewhere.

Three hours for oil change and tire rotation. Broke bolt for tire and charged me $125 to repair. Steve told me the car was done and it would be three minutes to get the paperwork. 45 minutes later I reminded him I was still waiting. He forgot about me. He said at the beginning he would have the car washed. The car was not washed. I canceled another car that I was to have the oil changed for the next day and went somewhere else. I will never go back to this dealership.
