I wasn't waited on very promptly even though I had an appointment. Wait time for completion of the oil change and tire rotation was the usual 1 hour and 1/2. I had serious electrical problems with my 2011 Buick LaCrosse. It would shut down on me whenever it wanted to, a quick stop for gas,at a line at a drive thru,even at a red light. Took it to Andy Shleing LaCrosse. It would shut down on me whenever it wanted to, a quick stop for gas,at a line at a drive thru,even at a red light. Took it to Andy Shleinger in Glendale (charged me for a new board that didn't solve the problem. Took it to the Buick dealership in Menomonie Falls(kept it for 5 days and no loner car offered),couldn't duplicate the problem. Brought it to John Paul's Buick and found the problem and fixed the problem in a day. A little pricey but worth every penny. More

Every time I come Steve B. Is usually working. He is so thorough. On the spur of the moment I forgot I needed my tires rotated and asked if that would be a problem... he said a Is usually working. From offering me coffee and asked if I would like my car washed. It's all the little things that he does that keeps me coming back. He sure is a gem. Kudos to Steve!! More
