Steve is always polite and accommodating.
However, my donut tire was not put away in the proper place. Also it would of been nice to know that I needed to register my tires with Michelin.

I now have to come back to get my DOT number as the complete number is on the inside of the tire.

I am her mother and live in Neenah, Wisconsin. John Paul was one of the closest Buick dealerships to her apartment. And boy, was I glad I called because from the first person who answered the phone up until the last phone call I took letting me know the car was fixed… regarding customer service, they certainly went above and beyond.
