3 hour wait I went to have an engine light checked 2 hours passed with no update. The service desk checked for me they had to find my paperwork an hour later i wa I went to have an engine light checked 2 hours passed with no update. The service desk checked for me they had to find my paperwork an hour later i was told nothing was wrong. It should not take that long to hook a computer to a vehicle and get the code and find out what is wrong. I did it and it took 15-20 mins and i do have issues with my vehicle not sure what was going on if 2-3 hour waits are normal not happy about it . More

Friendly and knowledgeable staff Steve and Sol in the service department have been doing a great job at John Paul's over many years. They are professional and courteous, and can ofte Steve and Sol in the service department have been doing a great job at John Paul's over many years. They are professional and courteous, and can often quickly figure out a likely cause for your car problems. I also love that you can get a shuttle ride when you drop off your car. It is often difficult to arrange for a ride when you need to drop off a vehicle and the shuttle service is an easy and convenient solution. Also, the shuttle drivers for John Paul's are great guys. More
