My experiences at Pacifico Ford have been great! This is my second lease and my salesman is Rocky DeGregorio. Rocky makes me and my family feel like family. I have contacted Rocky several times during my last lease in a panic and he always accepts my calls and sets my mind at ease. If he's not certain about a situation, he puts you in contact with the proper department. He maintains contact with his customers simply to find out how much you're enjoying your car or to even wish you a happy birthday! Now that's your ideal salesman. Thanks and continued success, Rocky! I come to this facility regularly for routine maintenance. I have always had great service in a timely manner. If there was a "hick-up" in that visit, I was kept up to date with any changes requi maintenance. I have always had great service in a timely manner. I have always received a high quality of work, without any rework required. Travis and Steve have always met me with a friendly and professional demeanor. My overall experience at the Quick Lane (where I go for my routine maintenance) is very positive. I come here every time, it's quick and complete. As far as price, my vehicle is part of a fleet maintenance program, and thus I don't really have a comparison. I drive my own vehicle so little, that the cost for maintenance on it is negligible. More

I just leased a new car. I came in the store to find a certain type of car oil. I knew it was Valvoline but didn't know which exact one that I needed or I should need. I was very satisfied with the help that I received. I went to check out but before I did Steve asked me did I have any other needs and something popped into my head. Steve then assisted me with some advice and products about detailing my own car. They both helped me out a lot and I would recommend them over and over. More
