This was the worst experience I have ever had with a service dept.! Wanted to charge me $1200 to replace a brake line that cost me a whooping $140 once I got it home. Total price to fix truck would only service dept.! Wanted to charge me $1200 to replace a brake line that cost me a whooping $140 once I got it home. Total price to fix truck would only have been $40 but for some reason their incompetent mechanic cut a factory Ford line under the hood that was in perfectly good shape the bad line was by the fuel tank. So I repaired my original problem and the problems they created. Also showed up to pick up my truck only to find driveshaft disconnected and transmission linkage disconnected! Hard to believe they allow this type of butchering to go on at a dealership. More

I come to this facility regularly for routine maintenance. I have always had great service in a timely manner. If there was a "hick-up" in that visit, I was kept up to date with any changes requi maintenance. I have always had great service in a timely manner. I have always received a high quality of work, without any rework required. Travis and Steve have always met me with a friendly and professional demeanor. My overall experience at the Quick Lane (where I go for my routine maintenance) is very positive. I come here every time, it's quick and complete. As far as price, my vehicle is part of a fleet maintenance program, and thus I don't really have a comparison. I drive my own vehicle so little, that the cost for maintenance on it is negligible. I just leased a new car. I came in the store to find a certain type of car oil. I knew it was Valvoline but didn't know which exact one that I needed or I should need. I was very satisfied with the help that I received. I went to check out but before I did Steve asked me did I have any other needs and something popped into my head.
