I scheduled an oil change and a recall checkup on a stearing wheel recall. Never had a recall checkup before. But, everything was done fairly quickly and efficiently. I have a great relationship with R stearing wheel recall. Never had a recall checkup before. But, everything was done fairly quickly and efficiently. I have a great relationship with Ruben and the Service group. It's a pain to get to the Essington location from my home. But, the service is great and they take care of me in great manner. So, it's worth the drive. I'd recommend them! Also, Chris Watson in sales is great to work with. He still recognized me almost 6 years after I bought my Fusion Energi!! Good people to work with. More

I called Pacifico ford for an inspection and weird noise my truck was making at start up, Steve Dalterio got right to the bottom of the issue and kept me informed along the way with updates not to mention m my truck was making at start up, Steve Dalterio got right to the bottom of the issue and kept me informed along the way with updates not to mention made sure there was a car waiting for me at the dealer as to my truck was gonna take a few days to complete. The team at Pacifico made what I thought was gonnna be a headache as painless as possible not to mention made sure my truck was in tip top shape before releasing it back to me.
