I deal with Pacifico for warranty issues and the service is horrible. Good luck getting Quick Lane to even answer their phone. Turnaround times on repairs is ridiculous. The only reason I send vehicles here is horrible. Good luck getting Quick Lane to even answer their phone. Turnaround times on repairs is ridiculous. The only reason I send vehicles here is because they're close. I feel bad for the service manager at Quick Lane. He appears to be short staffed and overwhelmed but from a customer's point of view, I still expect to receive timely service. More
