My name is Steven and I grew up in Albania. Currently I reside in Queens. Growing up, my family owned a driving school, so I have been around the Automotive Industry for a very long time. Recently I have taken that knowledge and interest and joined the team here at Auto Expo. I enjoy coming to work each day because I really like working with my colleagues, but more importantly love working with customers. In my free time I really enjoy swimming, traveling and racing. My favorite travel destination has been Monaco. When I was there, I was able to see my favorite F1 racer, and will never forget that experience. Another long term hobby of mine is rebuilding vehicles. It is an activity I have been passionate about for a very long time. I take this same passion with me each day and look forward to working with you!

Absolute MESS of a place and TOTAL SCAM! I am never one to post a negative review, as I know how much a small negative review can hurt a business being a business owner myself. This however, I am never one to post a negative review, as I know how much a small negative review can hurt a business being a business owner myself. This however, was simply the worst car buying experience of my life. I had come across a beautiful 2015 BMW M6 Gran Coupe and fell in love with the car. The dealership that had the car is called Auto Expo and is in Great Neck, NY. I ended up making an appointment with “Steven” (not his real name). When I got there, I walked to the car and began inspecting it looking for anything that might stand out. The car seemed flawless inside and out except for a couple minor paint chips, nothing serious. Asking price online was $70,995 and they advertised a $759/month payment (never mentioning how many months) on the car with only $3,000 down. Seemed like a decent deal at first, almost too good to be true. Steven comes up to me and begins talking and asking questions. I ask him how those numbers even made sense for the car and he said “there is a small balloon payment at the end of the finance term of usually $6-7,000. I figured right away this type of deal was for people with bad credit so it made sense… however if you do the math in your head, how many months would you pay that off in for a $6-7,000 balloon payment to make sense? Anyways, I decide to go in the next day with my father to go and talk with them. My father agreed that he would co-sign on the car for me (since age is a factor being I'm 24 years old). We walk in, and the same story as the day before is still on. “$70,995 and $3,000 down with $6-7,000 at the end for a balloon payment”. So we say “okay lets find out some more info” and they immediately rush us to get insurance for the car so we can drive it home that night….without paying for the car yet. “Steven” keeps asking us how we will be leaving the down payment even though we had no idea we were leaving a down payment that night. We go into their “finance office” where Ronnie Eitnan seemed to be the guy who finishes the deal. As we are talking, they start rushing us and getting us to sign papers for the car. While going over the financing, Ronnie, the "finance guy" ends up telling us that the balloon payment would be around $45,000 at the end of the term. Obviously, we opt out of that as that was ridiculous. We eventually get the numbers where we want. "Steven" is running around like a chicken with no head and they end up putting plates on the car and have us waiting for it. They asked to hold on to the papers until the next day because Ronnie said he might be able to get us a better rate being that we had superb credit. They did give me a sealed envelope with bogus/useless papers inside and being that I was excited to take the car home, I did not open the envelope till the next day. When I get in the car, it says that its "15,000 Mile Service" is needed. The car only has 16,000 on the dash so who knows what the dealership even did to the car at this point in terms of servicing it (most likely nothing). I end up changing the oil, and brake fluid the next day on the car myself. The next day comes and after numerous calls, Ronnie promised that he would send over the paperwork immediately. HOWEVER, there is a difference in the payments for the car. Total, we were looking at a $3,000 overcharge on the car. The very next day, we are at the dealership at 9 AM sharp asking Steven what is going on. He goes over the math and the look on his face was like a deer in headlights. He said "oh it might be a dealership prep fee, with this car we had to put on new tires. Wait for Ronnie to get in though". Shortly, he came immediately to the showroom because we were outraged at the games that they had pulled off. We then went to his office as he said "let me see what I can do". "Usually for a car like a Mercedes C-class it's $500, but for an M6 its always $2,500 plus dealer fees" Ronnie said. "I can bring it down to $1,500 though or you can return the car" acting like returning the car is the same as returning a pair of sneakers. At that point, we simply got up and walked away. Eric Outcalt, the sales manager, assured us that he would talk to the owner for us and would resolve this issue but Eric is another clown that works here who comes off as a peace maker but does not deliver and ignores phone calls. This dealership lies to its customers, and leads them to believe false advertisements. They even advertisement a 3yr/36,000 mile warranty (when the car still has a year left on the original BMW warranty) on the car but at this point, why even bother have this place touch my car after what I went through. It has gotten to the point where I will be contacting my attorney and the proper authorities. A complaint will be filed with BBB as well. This place is a joke of a dealership and I recommend EVERYONE stay away. Fellow Long Islanders and Tri-State people, don't even bother looking at a car here and share this for all of your friends to see! More

Blatantly deceitful establishment, their lies costed me $650 I called a few weeks ago and spoke with Steven about a 2014 BMW 335i M Sport. I gave him the stock # and described in detail the interior of the vehic I called a few weeks ago and spoke with Steven about a 2014 BMW 335i M Sport. I gave him the stock # and described in detail the interior of the vehicle I called about so there would be no confusion (I must have the burled wood trim) and asked him to come to an agreement with me re a final price since I live in NC and can't stop in to do so. He stated he could not talk numbers over the phone and he could not run my credit in advance either (Bianca stated this also) so I had to come in. I was stunned and asked him how he expected me to fly (or drive over 8 hrs) to purchase the vehicle with no clue as to what I'd actually be paying OR what interest rate I'd be offered. He responded that's what everyone does but I shouldn't worry because he'd make sure I left happy and in the car I wanted and since he deals with 120 banks I'd be happy with my rate. So me and a friend purchase 2 tickets to NY for the SOLE purpose of me buying this car then yesterday when we arrived they bring around a car that.....wait for it.....isn't the car I came for. The interior is different (chrome/silver trim instead of burled wood) and so is the exterior trim. I point this out and assume the wrong car was brought around accidentally but no such luck. Steven takes us inside (as he calls someone on his cell and speaks in a different language) and says repeatedly he doesn't see what the problem is, it's the same car except for the trim. I sit there in astonishment and explain it's NOT the same car BECAUSE of the trim yet he looks at me like I'm growing 3 heads in front of him. Told me in a sarcastic tone that "People come and go here all day long" (insinuating I'm irrelevant and can leave) before retrieving someone in charge who passed the buck to the people posting the cars on the sites. I could tell by Steven's attitude & demeanor he had done this with intent and had counted on me just purschasing another similar car when the one I flew in for wasn't available. The manager asked if I wanted to purchase the car and when I stated I did not he shrugged his shoulders like "Oh well, I guess we're done here." and said they'd refund the $500 deposit I'd made to hold the car on Monday (today). People PLEASE don't deal with this establishment, as I type this there are THREE white BMW 335i M Sport cars posted on their site with the EXACT same interior photos (& some identical exterior photos). You can tell all 3 cars have the photos of ONE car b/c there's a spill on the back seat in the same spot on every one of them. These shady people just costed me over $650 (& my friend $180) and they acted like it was just another day at the office for them while I rented a car and drove 11 hrs total before arriving home.
