I started off looking at the Acura ILX with Jerry Gordon, he was friendly, personable and knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with him. He introduced me to Michael before I left. When I returned th he was friendly, personable and knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with him. He introduced me to Michael before I left. When I returned the next day Jerry was out on an errand and Steve helped me with the initial negotiation process. He was great in every way, very patient, sweet, explained everything thoroughly. At some point I went with Steve into Michael's office and he was also very personable, warm and open, very ease to work with. I have been through a lot of car negotiations in my life, these three men were a delightful, fun, easygoing and warm team, and the entire afternoon was very positive. Steve also went over the car with me at the end of the day, patiently explaining everything before I drove away. Jerry called that evening to make sure I arrived home safely. I wish I could remember the finance man's name, he was also very pleasant to deal with. My husband stopped in a few times as well, and met Jerry and Steve, and enjoyed them both. I would say this was the first time I ever left a dealership after a car negotiation feeling it would be great to go back and buy another car in a few years. More

Our first experience with Marin Acura was when we called to inquire about warranty prices and we spoke with Jean-Pierre. When Jean-Pierre realized that we had already done our research and that we were rea to inquire about warranty prices and we spoke with Jean-Pierre. When Jean-Pierre realized that we had already done our research and that we were ready to purchase a specific color and trim of the RDX, he informed us that he had the exact car we were looking for and made us an offer. When we went to the dealership, we were met at the door by Steven Kerekesh. Steven then took us to Jean-Pierre's office where we started the paperwork for buying the car. While we were in Jean-Pierre's office, Michael Gafford came in, introduced himself, and asked if everything was going well. After we finished with Jean-Pierre, Steven then completed the paperwork and walked us through the electronics of the car. Throughout our car purchasing process, we found Michael, Jean-Pierre, and Steven to be extremely professional and courteous. After we purchased our car, we received a follow-up telephone call and an email from Patty Meno, the customer relations manager. We also received an email from Debi Stevens-Byrnes, the general manager thanking us for our purchase. Our experience with Marin Acura has left us with the impression that this dealership is very attentive to customers' needs and places a high level of emphasis in customer satisfaction. More

Steven is an easy-going salesman who is quite knowledgeable on the cars he sells, particularly the TSX 6-speed manual, 4-door (they don't make this 6-speed shift anymore). Fortunately for me, I knowledgeable on the cars he sells, particularly the TSX 6-speed manual, 4-door (they don't make this 6-speed shift anymore). Fortunately for me, I stumbled upon a 2004 one with less than 48k in immaculate condition with a meticulous and clean CarFacts record. Steven made this car easy to purchase. I didn't have my checkbook and he said it was no problem to do the paperwork first and then I could drive my new car home to get it. He took my daughter to find water, crayons and a coloring book. We had fun coloring while Steven completed all the many forms that go into purchasing a car. When I drove home I noticed there were no car mats. When I told him there were none, he said he would order them and have them for me before the end of the week. Two days later he called to say the new mats were in. We shopped everywhere and by far and I mean, BY FAR, Marin Acura won out. It wasn’t even close. Steve Kerekesh was extremely helpful and eminently patient. Steve’s knowledge of the product was fanta Marin Acura won out. It wasn’t even close. Steve Kerekesh was extremely helpful and eminently patient. Steve’s knowledge of the product was fantastic. He could answer any question correctly and thoroughly, instantly. We wanted some specific options on the car as well as a desired color and interior combination. Steve was able to tell us within minutes if what we wanted was even available. We were never pressured and no attempt was made to intimidate or bully us. We arrived at a fair price rather quickly. We went in on a Monday afternoon and by Wednesday afternoon, were driving the car we wanted. Steve explained every detail of the functions of the car to be sure we were comfortable before driving away. Above and beyond…our old car was destroyed in an accident, so we had none but still had plenty of places to be while the new car was transferred and options installed. Marin Acura gave us a new car to drive for two days – yes, the tank was full when we got it. Thanks Steve. More

We would actually like to thank you for your management of such an excellent dealership. We had purchased an Acura from your dealership many years ago and since that time purchased another Acura from a de of such an excellent dealership. We had purchased an Acura from your dealership many years ago and since that time purchased another Acura from a dealer local to our area. We tried our local dealership and were not satisfied with our interaction. We then decided to call your dealership - even though you are over 2 hours away! I spoke with Michael Gafford by phone and we were able to purchase a new 2012 TL in about 10 minutes. It was amazing. Mr. Gafford asked what our requirements were and listened very carefully. He then told me what he could do to meet our needs as closely as possible. I had a sense that I could have asked for a slightly lower price, but did not do so because Mr. Gafford had been fair and worked to meet my needs to the best of his ability. He was "worth" any difference in price we might have gained. Mr. Gafford also delivered on each and every commitment he made to us. When he said he would call back - he did. When we arrived at the dealership, he had everything ready and also the promises he made on price were all accurate. He also introduced to every member of the dealership that would be assisting us. He looked after our comfort and met the timelines we had set. He also welcomed us with a hug and made sure everything came off expertly. Our next pleasure was when he introduced us to Steve Kerekesh. Steve made us feel we had made a perfect choice. He expressed pleasure at having driven our car from another dealership and assured us our vehicle was in perfect shape. He showed us our car with excitement and informed us about every option and feature. He very professionally worked on our paperwork and explained anything we required. But what we liked best was how personable and warm Steve was to us and our son. The highest compliment that I can pay him is that I found it hard to leave the dealership and would have liked to have dinner with him and your wonderful staff. Lastly, but certainly no less amazing, was Jean-Pierre Kabbara. He quickly and expertly worked with us on the financial aspects of the sale. He was warm and funny and it was painless. In fact it was pleasant. I have never been in a car dealership like this and hope I will not have to visit another. I will be buying another car within the next year and will now find an Acura at your dealership rather than deal with another business (and I love my Volvo, so this is saying a lot). I do not frequently write letters of this sort, since my life is overly busy, but in this case it just needed to be done. We were excited to see a business (we have our own business too) run in the way it is being run. It defies the normal car buying experience and makes it pleasant and, sincerely, we feel we have made new friends (old friends). My last comment is this: Many years ago my husband was in law school and we bought an Acura Integra from your dealership. After my husband reminded me of this - we remembered that I sent Kevin on a bus to get his new car. It is likely that I was working and could not take him. We remembered that the salesman picked my husband up at the bus station and brought him to your dealership to pick up his new car. Now that was service then and your business offers the same quality service now! It is rare and we are appreciative. If you can reward the members of your staff, we hope you will do so. They are invalueable members of your organization. While you may be thanking us - we wish to again thank you for such a positive and pleasing visit to your dealership. More

We walked into the dealership with three young kids and an old Acura full of luggage from a recent trip. Steve loaded our entire new car with the old contents, loaded us up with all weather mats and a tan an old Acura full of luggage from a recent trip. Steve loaded our entire new car with the old contents, loaded us up with all weather mats and a tank of gas. He whisked our old Acura away, all while our kids were drinking hot cocoas and watching videos in the kids room. Thank you for a pleasant experience! More

Mike, Steve, Jean-Pierre were excellent. I wasn't looking forward to dealing with typical car sales people as they mostly rub me the wrong way. Had a great experience working with Steve. Highly recommended in that he was patient with your decisions, was never pushy or demanding, and let the car (MDX) speak for itself. Was true to his word throughout the buying process. JP and Julius did a fine job with getting the right rate and price. They're willing to work it out so all are happy with the deal. Highly recommended to all looking to buy a new car. Even if you're not sure of a particular model or have Acura on your list, stop on by and check out what they have to offer. The customer service definitely made our decision process that much easier to go with Acura. More
