The Staff was always helpful and polite even on my third test drive and after never being on time for an appointment. I ended up buying a 2018 VW Tiguan with 11K and saved about 5K over buying the same model new. I'm very happy with how smoothly everything went and the low sales pressure atmosphere at the dealership.
