Car was purchased at auction almost 2 years ago, and had sat in the sun on their lot for 18 months. They had tried to sell the car during that time, but were asking more than the market would bear. We were looking for a new body style Murano, which meant 2015 or newer. Also wanted the panoramic sunroof/moonroof. The rest was optional. Steve had three on the lot, 2 of which were long time residents of the lot. We showed up on Saturday, and were surprised that no prep work had been done on any of the cars. Inside scuffs on all three had been left as they were since auction. Outside work was also undone, and the cars were really dirty (although they were washing them the day we were there). The day was obviously really busy, but we spent three hours total (although not all at once) waiting for Steve to have time to work with us. WE did really like Steve, and he was very genuine and low key. WE also believed he was being honest with us, which is a big compliment for a used car salesman. Despite identifying a host of issues with the car that were not disclosed on the website or in any prior communication, Steve was unwilling to discount the price they were asking for the car. He consistently insisted that they were losing money on the car. That may or may not have been true, but there was no doubt that the car had been there for a long time. WE did trade in our old car, and Steve gave us $400 less than two other dealers that we previously talked to. Steve did agree to check and charge the battery, replace the windshield wipers and provided his personal guarantee on the navigation system being fixed under warranty. He did also provide half a tank of gas. I get that used cars are thought of differently than new cars, but when someone spends almost $30k on a car, the least a dealer can do is provide the first tank of gas. Our overall experience was positive and we would recommend LeSueur to others, but the continued distractions and Steve's inability to focus just on us so that he could get us out the door was a definite downer on an otherwise exciting day. More

2016 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 Long Bed Shopping for a newer (but not brand new) Tacoma 4x4 in the Prescott AZ area kind of limited my options so I expanded the search into the greater Phoen Shopping for a newer (but not brand new) Tacoma 4x4 in the Prescott AZ area kind of limited my options so I expanded the search into the greater Phoenix area where I found a couple that met my criteria, which did include staying within a certain price range. LeSueur was actually the last of three stops we made while in the Phoenix area and the Tacoma we eventually purchased had a feature that I didn't actually know I wanted or needed which was the extra foot of bed space, it's a long bed (6'). I very much love that we purchased a long bed and the price we paid was extremely reasonable. After viewing the truck the day we were down in the area, we communicated and settled all the details via email with Steven LeSueur. That went very well and he responded to our emails quickly. The day we decided to journey back down there to purchase the truck we realized we were short on time so we informed Steven of our time constraints and he did a great job of getting out of there with the truck within an 1 1/2 of arriving there. The only thing he even attempted to add to the purchase was extended warranty coverage which we declined because the truck was still under factory warranty and we wanted to stay within budget. No other hidden fees or charges, thus we were extremely happy with the process. We've had the truck for one week now and I like it more now than the day we actually purchased it. It's been a great truck and I don't expect that to change anytime soon. My wife and I (along with our two dogs who made the journey to LeSueur with us) would highly recommend doing business with this professional car dealership (something that cannot be said for too many car dealerships). More

Their laid back approach and calm demeanor made it so easy for us to buy from them. When we needed to buy another car, we first looked to LeSueur. At first, they didn't have what we wanted in our price range, so we shopped other places and dealers. We always came away with an icky feeling after going to these other places. Luckily, LeSueur then put up a new option for us and we pounced! It was so worth the drive (we live in Peoria) to deal with some of the best people in the car business. The experience was amazing, and now we have an amazing car we're happy to own. More

My First Experience With LeSueur My wife and I live in Tucson and were looking for a replacement Honda CR-V in a year range of 2012-2014. By using CarGuru, Edmunds and other online a My wife and I live in Tucson and were looking for a replacement Honda CR-V in a year range of 2012-2014. By using CarGuru, Edmunds and other online auto listing sites, my wife and I found two cars in the Mesa and Tempe areas that we liked, one in Mesa and the other being LeSueur. We did found 1 in the Tucson area but the CarFax indicated that the car's 1st 35,000 miles were in PA and IL, where both states salt their roads when it snows. No salt cars for us! I first contacted LeSueur via email and JT contacted me back. He answered all my questions that I had regarding the car via email and then I called and spoke to him and found out that his day off was the following day, the day we were driving to Tempe to look at the car. He said he would put a hold on the car until we looked at it and to contact his brother, Steven, when we arrived. My wife and I arrived the following day as expected and met, Steven. Steven was confident and knowledgeable and called me while we were en route from Tucson to Tempe to introduce himself and to make sure we were coming. We arrived, looked at the car, and then test drove it. The car was perfect for our needs and was low mileage. It had originally been sold in Phoenix and was an "Arizona" car with no CarFax history of being in snow country or on salted roads. Our car buying experience with JT and Steven at LeSueur Car Company was very satisfying. The entire car buying episode was about 2 hours long and painless. More
