Great car buying experience! I had my eye on a Toyota Tacoma X-Runner this dealer had for a while and figured it would be long gone. I came for a test drive and fell in love. I did not think we could do a deal due to my then current vehicle being a lease. At a dealership in Prescott where I live the dealership would not even consider a lease trade-in. Steven made as good a deal as I could expect to get on a lease trade-in. I have test driven cars at this dealer for years and always wanted to purchase one. My friend is looking at cars at other dealerships in Phoenix and dealing with the normal headaches of the car buying process; pushy sales people who lie and make fake promises and claims. Steven was up front about the dealer buy back issues on the vehicle. There was no hidden agenda or sales games. My only less than positive (and it may not have been an option or just not thought about) was that I did not get a full tank of gas after the purchase. A small complaint compared to outstanding service. More
