As a loyal BMW customer for the last 20 years, there are certain expectations one has when making that new car purchase. My salesman Steven Lee was remarkable in every facet of my purchase. Steven had an impressive knowledge of the entire product line which helped me make my final decision. He was extremely patient and spent almost 7 hours walking me through the entire process. Steven assisted with multiple test drives, option selections, finance structuring, insurance procurement and more. He is a perfect representative of the brand and just another reason why I have remained loyal to BMW throughout the years. I would undoubtedly recommend both Braman BMW of Jupiter and Steven Lee to anyone in search of a new vehicle and will definitely be back for my next car when the time comes. More
