I told Steve that I would be coming back to buy a new 2011 335i but i wasn't sure when. Steve kept in contact over the next couple months, the perfect amount as well, not too pushy and very patient. Finally in February I came back and we made a deal. I feel that Steve is an essential member of the Braman Jupiter team as he's always there to answer my questions and get what I need done! I'll rate Steve a 10 out of 10 any day of the week! More

i made an initial visit to look at CPOs to replace our 530i.Both recognized that i was not ready to decide. We had phone and e-mail followups that encouraged me to return. My wife and i returned and through Steve's efforts were able to finalize a purchase. He was helpful in explaining the difference in the vehicles we were considering and answered the numerous questions i posed about vehicle options, criteria for being a certified pre-owned vehicle and warranty/maintenance protection. With Steve coordinating the deal we were able to close the sale late on a saturday afternoon. Jim and the remaining staff that we came in contact with were also very professional in their approach. Whether someone is familiar with BMW vehicles or not this team could facilitate the sales process and make the whole process a comfortable and satisfactory experience.
