He is a hard-working, driven young man which not only benefits me but, hopefully, himself as well. I had done my homework about BMW and that, perhaps, made the experience better for me as well, but the dealership and Steve were courteous, neat, experienced and helpful. I had walked out of dealerships throughout my new car purchasing ordeal due to lack of respect, omissions on car information (aka lies), etc. Bramman was a step above for me.
