I first met with Steven at the store in West Palm Beach and was very impressed with him and felt very comfortable speaking with him. Upon subsequent calls / visits with Braman in West Palm Beach I was tol and was very impressed with him and felt very comfortable speaking with him. Since I had first met with Steven and I was very comfortable in my prior visit with him, I did make a couple of trips up to Jupiter to look for a vehicle. Steven was very patient with me, taking me out to test-drive a couple of different vehicles, ultimately selling me a great 2010 BMW!!!
