I am so appreciate of Matt! He immediately made me feel comfortable when I arrived at the dealership. Absolutely the worst experience of owning a Ford car we can think of. First Austin based Ford dealer installed a non Ford motor mount, the whole car vibrated (2 months) Second dealer in Bellingham installe can think of. First Austin based Ford dealer installed a non Ford motor mount, the whole car vibrated (2 months) Second dealer in Bellingham installed the correct mount, took (4 months and lost the car). Basically couldn’t drive our car 1/2 year. Now the warranty on the TCM has expired, we are expected to pay for this ! ????? More

Brought in a list of service items to be completed after rear bumper repair in their collision center. Service specialist, Sabrina, lost the printed service request. After discussion with the service manager the three service requests were put back into the que. After nearly two weeks-- including a long delay for parts -- received a note that the car was done. None of the three items were fixed. Sabrina was a real pain to deal with. She had no sense of urgency, did not call when parts came, and had an overall arrogant and condescending attitude. We will never use Bellingham Ford service again! More

I had a warranty claim and the dealership wanted to mark up the rim $600+ over what they normally sell it for on top of what Ford was already paying. I spoke to Julian Carrera and Julian Greening both insis up the rim $600+ over what they normally sell it for on top of what Ford was already paying. I spoke to Julian Carrera and Julian Greening both insisted Ford was making them overcharge me. Many Ford reps stated this is what we sell a dealership this part for, $1032. We have no control over what they charge you. This is the second factory rim I've had split through the weld. Last time at the same dealership there was no charge. Now they wanted almost $1800. and can't explain the price increase other than to try to blame Ford. Stay away from this dealership. More
