Steven Minor stepped in for a colleague who had a family emergency, and he was attentive, friendly, and helpful. The financing agent Bernard explained all my financing options and gave me the best deal. He also presented the various warranty options and which is the best one for me to choose. It was a busy day and at all times Steven checked in on us and gave us a time frame as to when our financing would be completed.
