STEER CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP! !! Absolute worst place to do business. Horrible Communication. Horrible Customer Service. Horrible Order Entry. Horrible Follow-up with Cust !! I had to leave a 1 because it will not accept 0! My example is based on an Order placed Nov 15, 2021, for a 2022 vehicle. Order was supposed to get converted to a 2023 due to supply chain issues. Instead, the order was overwritten with someone else's order in September 2022. After 9 months of repeatedly reaching out to the dealership and salesman was finally told 9 months later that the vehicle Ford Motor Company and I were tracking as mine - was not. It wasn't until I walked in the door 605 days after the original order was placed, that I was informed that they had made a mistake, and that the vehicle was not going to get built in 2023. After all that, all they offered was "I'm sorry"! More
