Everyone we dealt with have been very knowledgeable and pleasant. Our salespersons worked with us for quite awhile till we came to terms on a 2024 K5. Thank you. Worst Service Department and Service Manager there could ever be. I have purchased multiple vehicles from them over the past couple years and always had every service completed with no issues. I then had mu ever be. I have purchased multiple vehicles from them over the past couple years and always had every service completed with no issues. I then had multiple lights come on my dash for sensors. They refused to warranty the part claiming it had been struck by something. Which it did not. So I took it to another kia dealership for a second opinion and they said it clearly was not from damage and most likely defective. However they could not warranty it because the Port Charlotte Kia noted in the system that it was damaged. Moving forward to today I end up personally speaking with the Service Manager and explained as to what I had found. I straight up told him I was going to send the sensor to Kia Coorpoate to inspect it and when they found it was simply defective that I was going to sue them for my money back . The Service Manager then became rude and told me I had to leave and never bring my car back. I get in my car to leave and notice the oil had not been changed as it was there to have done. So now they send me out of there without telling me they did not complete the job, but they also left the car over the oil change milage due. As a professional you should never talk to or treat your customers the way this guy did More
