During the sale, everything was fine. After the sale, it has been incredibly difficult to get any of the promised work done. My salesman said he would call me to set up the appointment. Two days later, I called and he said he would call. After a week, I finally got the appointment scheduled. The appointment was supposed to be to fix dents and paint. When I picked up the car, only the dents were fixed, no paint. They didn’t know they were supposed to paint. They said they would set up the appointment and call me. It been over a week now, I’ve called twice but no one has called me back about an appointment. Everyone “understands” my frustration but nobody does anything about it. I’m sure that when I call again later today, I get the same response, someone will call me and thanks for my patience. At this point, I would warn anyone that asks that after the sale the level of service is going to drop dramatically. More

My first experience leaving my Telluride for an oil change was not a good experience. I had a 9 am appointment, came back at 11:30 am and they had not even taken the car in.
