Nikki and Steve made sure the exact model used car I expressed interest in online was sitting at the door when I arrived for my appointment. It even had my name on a VIP tag hanging from the rear view, which I thought was a really great personal touch. Eddie took us on our test drive and was very helpful with explaining the car features and walking us through everything without being overly pushy. He even intuitively stepped aside to allow my husband and I to discuss things without having someone right there which was much appreciated. Once we'd made a decision Steve helped us crunch the numbers and wound up being able to set us up at the perfect price point and hit our budget goals right on the nose. Bill was extremely helpful in making sure we added the right options to our loan and was very helpful walking us through the financing process. Being able to leave the dealership, keys in hand, insurance and tags taken care of was a really great touch as well. This whole process was easier and the most stress free car buying experience to date. I'll definitely use this dealership for my future car needs. More

Remedy an issue I turned in my 2013 lease on a Corolla and purchased a Scion. After the purchase I received a bill for 512 dollars from the bank for a water stain on I turned in my 2013 lease on a Corolla and purchased a Scion. After the purchase I received a bill for 512 dollars from the bank for a water stain on the passenger seat and the bank said I could pay 400 dollars or do 3 installments totaling 512 dollars so I put the 400 dollars on my credit card. I contacted the sales person who sold me the Scion, who took my call while on vacation, and was put in contact with another sales person who explained to me that the dealership would have the seat cleaned and that the bank would refund me. The bank said they would not refund me and the sales person worked with me even though I was not his customer and even came in on his day off to try and clear up this misunderstanding between the bank. I also spoke with a sales manager who was very good at keeping me informed with calls back. I have to admit I was rude to the staff and they remained professional despite my attitude and continued to do me this favor which was appreciated. More

My family has purchased 4 prior vehicles from the team at Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston and we just finished purchase NUMBER FIVE, which was my c My family has purchased 4 prior vehicles from the team at Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston and we just finished purchase NUMBER FIVE, which was my car, a beautiful 2016 Toyota Corolla (Black). I'm not one to put much value into materialistic things, but this car means a lot to me because prior to this purchase, I didn't have a car for a long LONG time and, boy, was it a struggle to make things happen as a young professional when you don't have wheels. Yes, I did what I needed to do, but life was stressful for a while. I even rented a car by the week until I could figure out how I could get my own car. I didn't have a whole lot of luck coming my way in this particular season of my life. But, that's all changed. My family insisted I go visit the team at F.A. Toyota and I hesitated because I had a lot of things stacked against me and so I wrote myself off before I even had a chance to talk with them. I'm kicking myself because I wish I would have visited them sooner and not shell out about $1,500 in weekly rental car fees so I could get to work (lesson learned). I share all this because you all need to understand that this isn't your typical car dealership and these are not your typical people. These people are like family (especially for us since we've purchased several cars from them). But, even if it's your first visit, you will understand why I say these things. Alesia and Brent are the BEST in the industry! You want to see what true professionalism is all about, go see these individuals and give them about a minute of your time because that's all it takes to see what they can do, and they do it very well! I'm still in awe that I was able to walk out with a new car with a rate that fit my needs and budget! I would have been just as happy if I rolled out of there with ANYTHING that had four wheels and was reliable, but they weren't having that. They addressed my needs and matched me with what was going to work for me. I have friends who roll in their BMWs, Audis, Range Rovers, etc. and that's great, but I am extremely proud to be rolling in my Toyota Corolla baby!!! And that's because the team at F.A. Toyota- Alesia, Brent, Steven- helped me to have this car and I will forever be grateful to them. I love it, love it, LOVE IT! This isn't just a vehicle for me. This Toyota is going to make a lot of my goals come to fruition now that I have a way to get around. This Toyota Corolla is going to be the vehicle that makes my dreams come true. There are sales and finance people and then there are sales and finance professionals. The team at F.A. Toyota are professionals in every sense of the word.
