Surpassed expectations by far Let me first say that I have always bought used cars, and have always bought them from private owners in the past. So when I was told to check out a used Highlander at Fred Anderson, I was extremely skeptical walking through the doors. I was greeted by a kind receptionist who then connected me to Steven, Tonya, and Ron. All three were incredibly accommodating and not 'salesy' which I was expecting. Additionally, all three had worked with Toyota for well over 10 years each if I remember correctly, which is really reassuring. A day later, we purchased the 2010 Highlander and realized that the help from the dealership continued far after the purchase was made. Ron has followed up several times, assisting me through the complicated process of transferring my plates to the new car, and answering questions I have about the features of the car. It's the little details too - like the relaxed waiting area with newspapers, wifi, and (actually) great coffee! And the other staff members who I didn't meet but always seemed pleasant when walking by and saying hello. So, I'm a big fan of this dealership. Never thought I'd say that! More

My daughter is 21 and they helped make her long time dream of having her own FJ Cruiser come true. Steve is simply first-class in every sense of the word. You want to meet a person who understands long-term relationships, he's your man. Steve really supported us and made sure we had the ultimate experience. Steve got us connected with Ron, who is the BEST in the business. He really redefines what it means to be a car salesperson because he had his focus on making sure we were able to go home with the best truck for my husband based on all of our needs. What a great personality and a man who really understands and respects the business, his customers, and the Toyota product and brand. Because of his knowledge, we were beyond content to go home with a gorgeous 2015 Toyota Tacoma as a birthday gift for my husband. Ron even took the time to go over the vehicle from bumper to bumper with my husband. Alesia was WONDERFUL with the financing. This is really where my son was beyond impressed because many times, when you get into that financing room, it can be very intimidating with the paperwork, talking about finances, etc. but Alesia not only made the experience comfortable, she talked from the heart and made us feel beyond comfortable with the terms and everything that had to do with the financial portion of the transaction. My son really was in awe simply because he's been on the other end with poor experiences at other dealerships. I really felt I was working with the dream team during this purchase.
