Took my Forester in for airbag inflator recall. When I picked up the car, my audio setup had been disconnected and not reconnected. Seat had been moved and was in between notches, so when I stopped When I picked up the car, my audio setup had been disconnected and not reconnected. Seat had been moved and was in between notches, so when I stopped, the seat jerked into position. Steering wheel (tilt) was loose, so it moved up and down (disconcerting when driving!) Most upsetting was that I found a trim clip on the floor. What didn't they reinstall? Is it going to start rattling? Also, floor had some debris on it from their work. I'll not ever take my car to Kenny Ross again for any reason! More

I always feel like I am being well cared for at Kenny Ross Subaru. Steve Runion always sees to it that I am satisfied with the work done on my vehicle. If something is not quite right, he is quick to get Ross Subaru. Steve Runion always sees to it that I am satisfied with the work done on my vehicle. I needed some extensive work done in order to pass inspection so I was given a loaner car so I wouldn't have to sit for too long. I really appreciated that.
