THEY SHOULD BE RATED a 10 on a 5 point scale!!!! We live in Virginia Beach, VA and was a bit skeptical buying a used car in Richmond VA. Our salesman was Steve Sommers- he is TRULY the consummate professional!!!! He did not use any sales pressure or the typical "used car gimmicks/tricks" you find at most of the used car dealerships. He was straightforward and knowledgeable. We decided to purchase and drove the car back to Virginia Beach - once we brought it home, the car required some service, Steve instructed us to go to our mechanic. HYMAN BROTHERS DEALER helped me coordinate the service and even paid for it! HOW MANY USED CAR DEALERS WILL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR OUT OF TOWN CUSTOMERS? That is exactly what Steve and HYMAN Brothers did. Ralph from the service department helped coordinate the service/payment with our mechanic. TRULY AMAZING; OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. A++++++ They never gave us the "out of sight, out of mind" attitude. THEY WERE VERY, VERY HELPFUL. We would seek Steve and the HYMAN Brothers team AGAIN when looking for another car. Every question I asked, Steve answered confidently. When we stepped on the lot, we were immediately impresssed with the number of quality vehicles. The financing process was fairly quick. Their finance guy, also a Steve, was able to get us the best loan rate available! Saved us quite a bit of money in interest! During the financing process our new car was detailed and topped of with gas. I highly recommend Steve and Hyman Bros for your next car purchase. Steve Sommers was very friendly and knowledgable. He directed me to the cars that met the criteria I had given. I never got the feeling I was just a dollar sign to someone. We had the best experience at Hyman Bros. Everyone we encountered was outgoing and friendly. They worked with us ahead of time to secure financing to make the process easier when we were there. There was no pressure at all to buy or buy a more expensive car. There was also no pressure to upsale or get the extended warranty. They just provided the options and let us make up our own minds and were fine with whatever that decision was. All in all an A+ car buying experience. More
