Purchasing my second hand car from Hyman Brothers was an extremely positive experience. Because I live out of state, a trusted friend found this car and together with Hyman Brothers worked with me so I felt comfortable purchasing it – sight unseen. The car is in great condition for being 7 years old and only had 67,000 miles on it. I felt the price to be fair. Hyman Brothers worked with me to get the title cleared faster than typically normal so I could register my car. Once the car was received I had it checked out by my local auto shop and it was discovered that the radiator was leaking. Hyman Brothers payed for the repair in full. This meant a lot to me and I am most appreciative ! When purchasing the car, I knew that the car only had one set of keys. Hyman Brothers paid for the duplicate key so it was not an issue. I love my new, second hand car. It drives really well and I know I will have it for many years to come ! If I lived in VA, I know that I would have Hyman Brothers service my car as well. I recently purchased a 2006 BOSS Edition Mustang from Steve Sommers. I saw the vehicle when it was being prepared for the sales lot and asked Mr. Sommers to please contact me when the car was available f Steve Sommers. The day the vehicle hit the sales lot Steve called to let me know and soon after, I came in to test drive the car. When I arrived, the car was freshly washed, had a full tank of gas and was sitting in the front ready to drive. I love the car and Steve made the entire buying experience pleasurable. The 2008 Cadillac STS brings the total to #7 in a little over a year at this dealership. Well guys it's number six with the 2010 Camaro SS in a little over a year and still counting. Well here we go again. I just purchased my 5th vehicle from Hyman Brothers this year and the experience has been second to none. This dealership is like family to my wife and I and would not consider looking elsewhere for a used vehicle. Everyone is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly (like family). I must say that working with Steve Sommers has been the most pleasureable experience in all my years of car buying. Ed Graves was my first experience with this Business Manager and consistent with this dealership very pleasant and professional with no hiccups.
