Well, I am happy that I was able to keep my car but the dealership tried to way over charge me for Gap insurance and an extended warranty. It wasn't until I got a much lower quote for these things from my dealership tried to way over charge me for Gap insurance and an extended warranty. It wasn't until I got a much lower quote for these things from my credit union that the dealership lowered the costs. It also tried to way over charge me for interest when I have excellent credit. I am immensely displeased with the way this sale was handled. I hope the upper management review this purchase by looking at my purpose to purchase an electric car and my other positions as I explained handled. One of my experiences as I mentioned when returned two days later to managers’ rep Mr. Sheikh was instability of the car “Kona” on freeway speed. Several times I could have been swayed off the road on freeway speed. I think the risk of not taking back this car is more for the Hyundai Company and dealership than keeping few thousand dollars of profit. More
