Virtually everything in this purchase was handled professionally and efficiently. Costco Auto Program directed me to you at about 2:30 in the afternoon of Aug 25, and I was able to complete the purc professionally and efficiently. Costco Auto Program directed me to you at about 2:30 in the afternoon of Aug 25, and I was able to complete the purchase and drive the new Santa Fe home by about 9 pm that night. Excellent and exceptional. The experience did border on the spectacular. My initial sales contact Mike whom I called from the Costco Auto program was incredibly knowledgable, capable, intensely concientious and helpful in every way.
