Did not feel pressured into buying anything and really appreciated dealer add on policy. Appreciated the follow up checkin call after the purchase and Great customer service correcting a minor issue with appreciated dealer add on policy. Steve was great. Personable and took a chance on me. So appreciated and because I had a long test drive I knew the car's seat would be fine for me. My wife and. I bought an Ioniq 5 from Mace. He, the sales manager Steven, and the rest of the South Bay Hyundai staff were wonderful. A staff member was entertain I bought an Ioniq 5 from Mace. He, the sales manager Steven, and the rest of the South Bay Hyundai staff were wonderful. A staff member was entertaining my 5 year old, giving him markers and paper to draw and putting on Disney music, while we were finishing the paperwork. Mace stayed until past closing time to take us to a charger and show us how to charge the car and answer all our questions. All in all, A+ customer service! More
