Great! Very accommodinating to my needs and budget. Steve Weir was very helpful with my situation. My vehicle was having issues to say the least. Steve showed me vehicles in my budget and went out of his way to explain the warranty.A warranty being a major issue for me due to the amount of miles I drive, Steve suggested a different vehicle as there would be a better warranty. Steve and the fiancing dept. worked up numbers for both vehicles to I can see if the longer warranty was something I could afford. They even called the lender when I was over the amount the lender offered, which when said and done Lombard Ford was able to have the lender increase the amount so I could afford the gap insurance and an extended warranty, providing me with everything I was looking for- a vehicle with low miles, gap insurance , warranty, and extended warranty. This was by far the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. Thank you Steve and the Lombard Ford personnel. More

My family has purchased several cars there over the years, but this was my first experience. Steve's communication was excellent! Very quick to respond and clear. A pleasure to work with. The Finance Manager Michael Mans was great as well. Very professional and worked to get me a very competitive finance package. Not at all pushy, nor did he try to push me into any extras. He simply explained ALL the options. not just the ones that best suited the Dealership, and let me choose for myself. All in all a very pleasureable buying experience. Jonathan Gagnon More

I told him what I was basically looking for, what my previous vehicle was, and my situation as far as what I could afford. At no time did I feel pressured or rushed nor did he hit me with a sales pitch. I felt comfortable through the entire process from start to finish. Mike was also extremely friendly and helpful when it came to talking money, financing, and extended warranties. He took the time to explain every detail of the finance end of the purchase and spoke at length about about the extended warranties available. He also never made me feel like I was being pressured into anything. I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Lombard and will do my business there from now on. More
